Investment
We are an Ilkley based property investment Company. Our core activities involve investing in Residential, Commercial and Mixed used schemes where our aim is to provide quality space for Residential and Commerical occupiers. We provide short term and long term leases to suit our clients needs.
Development
We are builders and developers operating primarily in the Yorkshire area to produce quality housing schemes. We operate from the purchase of sites through to completed developments with the help of our in house team of specialist tradesmen. We pride ourselves on producing developments finished to the highest possible standards of design and finish.
Management
We provide a block management service to freehold owners of blocks of residential apartments where we deal with all aspects of managing budgets and maintenance issues. We deal with producing financial accounts for lease holders and residents association's and deal with all aspects of the running of Residential housing blocks.
